Mais uma vez verifiquei que viver no presente é salutar, pois é frustrante e inutil tentar reviver um passado com o qual já não nos identificamos, com pessoas com quem já nada temos em comum, com atitudes e posturas que já não reconheçemos como fazendo parte dos nossos valores, com acções e palavras estranhas para o nosso ser,....... a verdade é que cresci, e a minha evolução como pessoa inclui ir fazendo uma triagem dos que creio serem importantes para essa evolução

Once again I have verified that living in the present is healthy, it is frustrating and useless to try to relive a past with which we no longer identify, with people with whom we no longer have anything in common, with attitudes and postures which we no longer recognize as being part of our values, with actions and words strange to our being,.......the truth is that I have grown, and my evolution as a person includes choosing who are the ones important for that evolution
